“What is your problem with me?” This was Kiran Abbavaram’s question to the haters out there. The eight-film-old actor has been targeted methodically and obsessively by trolls. And, going by his speech, the incessant trolling has taken some amount of emotional toll on me.
Kiran said that he has delivered decent hits with a 50% strike rate. Raja Vaaru Rani Vaaru, SR Kalyanamandapam, Sammathame, and Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha had good content, he reminded everyone.
“Am I not supposed to grow? I am pained. I delivered a blockbuster during the pandemic (in 2021). I am proud to have bagged offers from big banners, which have given me opportunities. I feel lucky that way. Yes, there have been failures. But I am not a failed actor. If I didn’t look perfect in a couple of movies, that’s because I was working tirelessly,” Kiran added.
“I was trolled even in a movie. Why was it done? Does it make any sense? The reference to me in the film was brought to my attention by a fan. I wonder what have I done to deserve this,” Kiran said.
Kiran’s fervent, emotional speech has appealed to the audience. He has found support on social media after yesterday’s speech.
