The past few years have seen pioneering movies from the South Indian film industries which transcended the language barriers and became nationwide sensations. One such movie is the Yash starrer KGF: Chapter 1, from the Kannada Film Industry. This period action film surpassed everyone’s expectations and became a massive hit. The makers announced a sequel to the movie titled KGF: Chapter 2, right after the release of KGF: Chapter 1.
The makers and the stars have been busy shooting for the movie. The teaser of KGF: Chapter 2, which was released on the occasion of Yash’s birthday was received with a thunderous response. In the latest, the makers took to announce that the teaser continues to garner views even now and has reached an astonishing 200 million views and thanked the fans for their love. KGF: Chapter 2 stars Yash as the protagonist and will follow the journey of Rocky Bhai. Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt will be seen as the antagonist. Srinidhi Shetty is the leading lady. Raveena Tandon, Prakash Raj, Anant Nag and Rao Ramesh will be seen in supporting roles. KGF: Chapter 2 is written and directed by Prashanth Neel. Music is composed by Ravi Basrur. The movie is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner Hombale Films. The movie is slated for a theatrical release in Kannada and will be dubbed into Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi languages.
