The epic devotional drama, starring Manchu Vishnu in the titular role, is hitting the screens on a grand scale on June 27th.
Billed as an “extraordinary tale of unwavering faith that transcended life, death, and the divine”, the film is directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh. Prabhas’ 30-minute role is among its most anticipated elements.

Earlier today, Vishnu completed his sacred darshan at Sri Sailam Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple, one of the twelve revered Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. He has been to all twelve Jyotirlinga temples in recent weeks. Since Bhakta Kannappa was a Shiva devotee, Vishnu’s pilgrimages have a point. “My heart is full. My soul feels blessed. Life right now is filled with nothing but positivity, gratitude, and peace,” Vishnu wrote, describing Kannappa as close to his heart.
Akshay Kumar, Kajal Aggarwal, Arpit Ranka, Brahmanandam, Saptagiri, Mukesh Rishi, Madhubala, Aishwarya Bhaskaran, Brahmaji, Devaraj, Raghu Babu, Siva Balaji, Sampath Ram, Lavi Pajni, Surekha Vani, Kaushal and Adhurs Raghu play different roles. The music is by Stephen Devassy.
