It is known that Kannada superstar Dr. Shiva Rajkumar will be essaying a pivotal role in Peddi. The actor will be donning a new look in the untitled movie, headlined by Global Star Ram Charan.
While in Hyderabad to promote an upcoming movie, the actor has made a statement about Peddi. “The script is amazing. My role is so special. I immensely liked coming and working here. I have made good friends here, and I love Hyderabadi Biryani,” the Sandalwood superstar said.
Vriddhi Cinemas, Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings are glad that Shiva Rajkumar is in. “He is all set for a stunning makeover for his character, that will be both breathtaking and sensational. He will be joining the shoot soon,” the makers said in March, talking a bit about his character.
The film’s Release Date Glimpse was released on Sri Rama Navami recently. Peddi hits the screens on March 27th, 2026.
The period film, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, has AR Rahman composing the music. Janhvi Kapoor of Devara fame is the heroine. Jagapathi Babu and Divyendu Sharma have also been roped in for major roles.
