With the Sharwanand-Samantha Akkineni starrer Jaanu releasing in theaters, movie goers are applauding the cast and director for the brilliantly made movie. Although Jaanu is a remake of the hit Tamil movie ’96, the audience opine it does not feel like a remake and instead feels fresh. The credit for this goes to director C. Prem Kumar, who kept the script intact, yet tweaked it a little to suit the Telugu audience.
Praises kept coming in for the acting of Sharwanand and Samantha Akkineni from fans and stars from the industry. The latest to shower praises is none other than Ram Charan. Ram Charan made a post saying Sharwanand and Samantha pulled off their roles effortlessly in Jaanu, considering the high expectations people have from a popular remake. Ram Charan also congratulated C. Prem Kumar and Dil Raju, the director and producer respectively.
Jaanu is a remake of the movie ’96, which starred Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha Krishnan. Govind Vasantha, who was the music composer for ’96, also composed the music for Jaanu. An endorsement from Ram Charan is indeed high praise for the cast and crew of Jaanu.
