Indian 2 is the upcoming movie of Kamal Haasan. The film was started long ago and the production is taking place on different schedules with gaps. The universal actor is very energetic and excited to step into the next schedule of Indian 2 after getting immense success with his last film, Vikram. The film Vikram recently completed 100 days of its successful run in theatres and, undoubtedly, Kamal Haasan is going to carry all that positive energy to the Indian 2 sets. On the other hand, Shankar, the director of Indian 2, is also very hungry to make the sequel a bigger blockbuster than the first part, which was made many years ago. The audience are also equally excited to witness what the blockbuster duo is going to deliver for the sequel. With all this positivity, excitement, and energy, the team of Indian 2 is back on set today.
Indian 2 is the sequel to the vigilante action thriller Indian, which was released back in 1996. Now, after two decades, Shankar and Kamal Haasan are aiming for another blockbuster. The film has a very huge star cast besides Kamal Haasan. The cast for Indian 2 includes Kajal Aggarwal, Bobby Simha, and Siddharth. Kamal Haasan and Kajal Aggarwal joined the sets of Indian 2 again today. This new schedule will run until Dussehra, as known from the film sources. Kamal Haasan posted about the start of the new schedule officially on his Twitter handle by posting pictures of him and the director Shankar from the sets of the film. Indian 2 is produced by Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies. Jeyamohan also penned the script for Indian 2 along with Shankar. Anirudh Ravichander composed the music for the film. Rathnavelu is the cinematographer, and Sreekar Prasad is the editor. Indian 2 will be released in 2023, with the release date not yet announced.
