As per national media reports, slogans like Har Har Mahadev and Jai Bhavani have been renting cinema halls in Maharashtra. While Rashmika Mandanna plays Yesubai Bhonsale. Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj is the name of Vicky’s character.

A video clip shows audience members leaving theaters in tears after watching Chhaava. They were moved to tears by visuals of the torture inflicted on Sambhaji Maharaj by Aurangazeb (played by Akshaye Khanna) during the Mughal-Maratha rivalry.
