Bellamkonda Sreenivas is one of the rising young actors of Tollywood. While the actor started out with commercial flicks, he is now expanding his horizons and taking up not only diverse roles but also making his debut in a new language.
After scoring a hit in 2021 with Alludu Adhurs, Bellamkonda Sreenivas is all set to star in the Hindi remake of the superhit Telugu movie Chatrapathi (2005.) The original was directed by ace director Rajamouli and the remake will be directed by V. V. Vinayak who will also be making his directorial debut in Hindi. Makers officially launched the movie today, with a pooja ceremony. The ceremony was attended by S. S. Rajamouli who clapped the board. Rajamouli’s father K. V. Vijayendra Prasad who penned the script for the remake as well, was also present at the ceremony. Check out the pictures below:

Bellamkonda Sreenivas underwent a massive physical transformation for the movie. The actor is fluent in Hindi, yet appointed a Hindi coach to ace his dialogues. The female lead of the movie is yet to be announced. Dialogues are written by Sajid Samji. The remake is produced by Jayantilal Gada under Penn Studios banner. The movie’s regular shoot commences today.
