Foot-Tapping Baraat Anthem Unveiled for ‘MAD Square’ Sequel

After the massive success of MAD, Sithara Entertainments is back with a bang, unveiling their latest high-energy track “Laddu Gani Pelli” from the much-anticipated sequel MAD Square. The original film, which became a sensational blockbuster, followed the hilarious misadventures of three college friends whose unfiltered antics had audiences in stitches. Now, the MAD boys are returning to deliver another dose of laughter and fun in this sequel, promising a ‘MAD MAXX Entertainer.’

The team has kicked off promotions with a lively first single, “Laddu Gani Pelli,” released on September 20th. Composed by Bheems Ceciroleo, the folk-inspired Baraat Anthem is packed with energetic beats and promises to be an instant hit on dance floors. In the first film, Ceciroleo delivered the chart-topping “Kallajodu College Papa,” and now, with MAD Square, he has matched that level of excitement, delivering another infectious track with a teenmar rhythm that will have audiences dancing in the theatres.

The song is further elevated by the vocals of Bheems Ceciroleo himself, accompanied by folk sensation Mangili. The lyrics, penned by Karsala Shyam, perfectly capture the playful and mischievous essence of the characters, blending humor and folk traditions into a catchy composition. With its upbeat tempo and teasing lyrics, “Laddu Gani Pelli” is poised to become a playlist staple.

The familiar MAD gang—Sangeeth Shobhan, Narne Nithin, and Ram Nithin—return to groove along to this new anthem, with some nostalgic callbacks to the dance moves from “College Papa” that are sure to delight fans of the original. The song taps into the same vibrant energy and camaraderie that made the first film a hit, offering a perfect taste of what’s to come in MAD Square.

Bringing this sequel to life are ace technicians, including cinematographer Shamdat Sainudeen ISC and editor Navin Nooli, collaborating once again with writer-director Kalyan Shankar. With a proven track record of success, the team is all set to recreate the magic of MAD.
