May be, the teaser of The Raja Saab has successfully introduced the maniacal nature of its antagonist. Right at the outset, Sanjay Dutt’s character makes his avaricious nature clear. Even after he is dead and gone, he wants the riches for himself. As he says, “ఈ ఇల్లు నా దేహం..ఈ సంపద నా ప్రాణం..నా తదనంతరం కూడా నేనే అనుభవిస్తాను.”
The intro of Prabhas stands in total contrast. The protagonist’s chilled-out characterization comes alive through this line: హల్లో హల్లో బండి కొంచెం మెల్లగా. Since he calls for a pause after relentlessly intense shots, it is instantly catchy. Unlike the other characters in the haveli, probably, the hero hails from an ordinary background. So, his language is far from upper-class.

Prabhas was destined for something extraordinary in almost all of his movies since Mirchi. In Kalki 2898 AD, though, his character was a mixture of the ordinary and the extraordinary. In The Raja Saab, he is a bona fide guy-next-door (at least in the present-day episodes), as this line shows: అసలే మన లైఫ్ అంతంత మాత్రం.
Niddhi Agerwal plays a nun who wants the hero to make confessions to her. “నేరాలు పాపాలు ఏంటండీ dignified గా లవ్ చేస్తేని,” the hero replies. Prabhas is at his Darling and Mr. Perfect self.
The saucy track involving the hero and Malavika Mohanan is characteristically flirtatious. “చచ్చేవరకు చెయ్యి వదలను అని చెప్పి వేయాల్సిన ముద్రలు అన్ని వేసేశావ్,” she says, prompting Prabhas to say,” మేడం ఏదో తాగిన మత్తులో కరిచేసినట్టు ఉన్నాను.”
Prabhas’ హే జగన్నాథ్ ప్రభూ takes a direct inspiration from the memes culture. The line is popular in the Hindi belt. “అమ్మ దుర్గమ్మ తల్లి కాపాడమ్మా..తాత వైర్ కొరికేసాడేమో చూడండిరా బయట” is one line that is specific to the genre: horror-comedy.
