Dulquer Salmaan’s Lucky Baskhar is confirmed to be released in theatres on October 31st. Producer S Naga Vamsi and director Venky Atluri today hosted a press meet in Hyderabad to confirm the Diwali holiday release of their multi-lingual release.
The film’s theatrical trailer will be released on October 21st.
Following the release of the Trailer, a grand pre-release event will be held on either the 26th or 27th of October.
You have the opportunity to watch Lucky Baskhar a day earlier. Premiere screenings will be held in the Telugu States from the evening of October 30th.
The film, also starring Meenakshi Chaudhary and others, is inspired by the Hollywood classic Wolf of Wall Street. “I did not take any scene from any popular movie. I merely ventured into exploring a new genre for Indian Cinema with this film,” director Venky Atluri said.
Dulquer Salmaan, as per the director, has delivered an incredible performance with his “believable charm”. The nitty-gritty of the Indian Banking System was learned about by the director in making Lucky Baskhar.
The film is also produced by Sai Soujanya of Fortune Four Cinemas. It will be released in Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi.
