In light of this, the producers of Mahesh Babu‘s most-loved, critically acclaimed film MURARI intend to re-release the film on his birthday in an effort to brighten the festivities.
Murari Re-release Details:
Now that director Krishna Vamsi has confirmed the re-release of Murari, he even unveiled some interesting details about the same, through his interaction with fans on X (formerly Twitter). Krishna Vamsi, who expressed his excitement about Mahesh Babu’s Murari re-release, announced that they have been working on the movie’s color correction and 4K upscale works through the renowned digital media company- Mango Media.

Krishna Vamsi also suggested that he has been personally involved in Murari’s color enhancement process. Another important aspect that Krishna Vamsi revealed in one of his social media interactions is that they have trimmed some parts from Murari’s original version.
“We have trimmed 18 minutes from the original movie”, Krishna Vamsi revealed, about Murari’s re-release.

Murari, directed by renowned Krishna Vamsi, was released in 2001, stars Mahesh Babu and Sonali Bendre in the lead roles, while popular actors Lakshmi, Sukumari, Kaikala Satyanarayana, Prakash Raj, and Gollapudi Maruthi Rao appear in important roles alongside other noted actors. The songs and background score were composed by ‘MelodyBrahma’ Mani Sharma. Murari was produced by N Devi Prasad, Ramalingeswara Rao, and Gopi Nandigam under the Ram Prasad Arts banner.
