The eagerly anticipated release of “Harom Hara,” starring Sudheer Babu, is scheduled for tomorrow, June 14. With so much buzz surrounding this periodic fiction, the makers have left no stone unturned to promote Harom Hara.
In an exclusive interview with Telugu Film Nagar, director Gnanasagar Dwaraka discussed his thoughts on this periodic fiction, which is set in the Kuppam district of Andhra Pradesh in 1989. Gnanasagar has redirected his path in the genre for Harom Hara, drawing on his expertise in directing the super hit romantic film Sehari.
Regarding the reason for his choice of periodic genre for Harom Hara, Gnanasagar remarked, “My hometown is Kuppam. I have extensive knowledge of the local way of life and culture, having grown up there. I got the idea for Harom Hara’s story from a news article I happened to come upon one day.”
“The story excited me even more when I put it on paper in script form,” he said.
In reference to giving the firearms the name of a Telugu actors, Gnanasagar remarked, “We are all aware that weapons have names in the sophisticated world. Given Harom Hara’s rural upbringing, it would be simpler to give those weapons common names rather than putting complex name labels on them. We decided to call those weapons NTR, Krishna, ANR, and so on for this reason.”
Gnanasagar Dwaraka also expressed that his first choice for this movie was Sudheer Babu. “I saw a spark in Sudheer Babu’s eyes when I narrated this story,” he said.
Gnanasagar Dwaraka has exhibited much optimism regarding Harom Hara’s success, revealing that this movie will become one of the most memorable ones for the entire cast and crew.
Harom Hara is directed by Gnanasagar Dwaraka and is a tale set in 1989, in the Kuppam region of the Chittoor District in Andhra Pradesh. Sudheer Babu and Malvika Sharma play the lead roles, while Sunil, Ravi Kale, Rajasekhar Aningi, Keshal Deepak, and others play prominent roles.
Chaitan Bharadwaj is in charge of the musicals, while Harom Hara is produced by Sumanth G. Naidu under the banner Sree Subramanyeshwara Cinemas.
