Director Ajay Bhupathi of RX100 fame is currently busy with his next project titled Mahasamudram. Ajay won multiple accolades for his direction skills in RX100, a low budget movie which became a superhit. The young director Ajay Bhupathi revealed yesterday night that he tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. The virus has been spreading at a rapid rate in India and as the testing numbers are increasing more positive cases are coming to light.
Ajay shared the news on his Twitter feed by just posting “Vachesindi” which loosely translates to “it came.” Ajay followed up the tweet by saying he will come forward soon to donate his plasma meaning he is confident of making a full recovery. Ajay’s positive attitude towards his current situation will definitely put fans at ease.

Ajay Bhupathi is the latest in Tollywood to test positive for the COVID-19 virus. Celebrities like Bandla Ganesh, Rajamouli, D.V.V. Danayya, Balasubramanyam and director Teja have all tested positive for the virus. However, Rajamouli and Bandla Ganesh have made a full recovery and are back to normal.
On the professional front, Ajay Bhupathi is currently working on his next project titled Mahasamudram. Talented actor Sharwanand was selected as the protagonist for the movie but Ajay Bhupathi was on the lookout for a second protagonist. Siddharth was zeroed in as the second protagonist according to a trusted source close to the movie.
