The film, directed by Bobby Kolli, was released in theatres on January 12th. Sharing the news about its landmark status, producer S Naga Vamsi turned poetic. “He once said – 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. And so is the destruction that left no stone unturned. The 𝘔𝘈𝘋𝘕𝘌𝘚𝘚 of Daaku Maharaaj has CONQUERED EVERY SINGLE TERRITORY with ALL AREAS BREAK EVEN DONE. And KING OF SANKRANTI #NandamuriBalakrishna has made his mark with the HIGHEST GROSSING FILM of his career,” the producer wrote.
Daaku Maharaaj has music by SS Thaman. Its grand success event was recently held in Anantapur. Co-starring Bobby Deol, Shraadha Srinath, Pragya Jaiswal and others, the film is technically acclaimed.
Balakrishna was recently in the news for being honoured by the Government of India with Padma Bhushan.
