Kajal Aggarwal is one of the most famous actresses in the South film industry, who has acted with many popular Superstars over the years. Kajal Aggarwal’s latest project will be with Megastar Chiranjeevi, titled Acharya. As Kajal has completed the wedding rituals and honeymoon at the Maldives, with her husband Gautam Kitchlu, she has finally joined the sets of Acharya, today on December 15.
On Tuesday, Kajal Aggarwal joined the sets of the Chiranjeevi starrer Acharya. She kicked off the post COVID phase and joined the shooting sets after an 8 months long break, due to Coronavirus. On that note, the team of Acharya welcomed the newly wedded couple, Kajal Aggarwal and Gautam Kitchlu onto the sets. Chiranjeevi blessed the couple and presented them with bouquets of flowers, garlands and cake. Kajal and Gautam cut the cake along with Chiranjeevi, director Kortala Siva and other crew members.

Meanwhile, Kajal and Gautam tied the knot on October 30 in Mumbai with their immediate families and close friends in attendance. Recently, the couple celebrated one month of marital bliss, shared some unseen wedding pics and also penned a beautiful note.
Acharya is directed by Koratala Siva and is bankrolled jointly by Ram Charan’s Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainment. While Mani Sharma has been roped in to compose the music, Regina Cassandra will sizzle on the dance floor with Chiranjeevi on a special number. The shooting of Acharya came to a halt in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent lockdown, which was also forced to postpone the release. Acharya was supposed to release on August 14, 2020, but has been pushed for Sankranthi. Now, the makers have announced to release the film for Sankranthi, 2021.
