Megastar Chiranjeevi today expressed immense joy as his brother, Naga Babu, was sworn in as a member of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council. He and his wife, Surekha, shared celebratory photos from the occasion.
Sharing pics of himself with his brother and Surekha, the Waltair Veerayya actor extended heartfelt congratulations to Naga Babu.
On the work front, Chiru is doing Vishwambhara and his as-yet-untitled 157th movie. The former is directed by Mallidi Vassishta and the latter, by Anil Ravipudi.
It is produced by UV Creations. Currently in the post-production phase, the film also features Trisha Krishnan, Surbhi, Harsha Vardhan, Vennela Kishore, Kunal Kapoor, Praveen, Isha Chawla, Rao Ramesh, Subhalekha Sudhakar, and others. MM Keeravani is its music director.

The behind-the-screens talents of the entertainer include music director Bheems Ceciroleo and cinematographer Sameer Reddy. Produced jointly by Sahu Garapati of Shine Screens and Sushmitha Konidela of Gold Box Entertainments, the film will be a Sankranthi 2026 release.
