Vyjayanthi Movies, which has collaborated with several well-known stars in Indian film languages, is widely recognized among Telugu viewers for its outstanding contributions to Telugu cinema. Aswani Dutt, the company’s founder, began his career in the film industry in 1974 as an executive producer for O Seetha Katha, directed by K. Viswanath.
To commemorate Chiru’s birthday, Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 2002 industry hit, Indra was re-released in theaters worldwide on August 22, 2024, replicating the film’s historic triumph. After the re-release got an outstanding response, Megastar Chiranjeevi felicitated Vyjayanthi Movies’ renowned producer C Aswani Dutt. During the felicitation, C Aswani Dutt addressed the gathering, while he expressed his desire to make the sequel to iconic movies- Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari and Indra.
Ashwini Dutt has announced the much-awaited sequels to Indra and Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari. The veteran producer said that fans have been eagerly waiting for both sequels for a long time and that more details regarding both these crazy sequels will be out at an appropriate time.
It is widely known that a sequel to the renowned socio-fantasy drama JVAS starring Chiru and Sridevi has been making headlines for several years. It is expected that Janhvi Kapoor and Ram Charan will reprise Chiru and Sridevi in the sequel for Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari, but there is no official announcement regarding the same from the makers.
