Champion has been made as a sports drama. Starring Pelli SandaD fame Roshan Meka (actor Srikanth’s son) as the hero, this one is directed by Pradeep Advaitham.
The film’s latest Glimpse showcases the agility and never-say-die spirit of its male lead both on and off the field. We see him always in a combat-ready footballer role. While he was seen as a lover boy in Pelli SandaD, this time around, he seems to be a consummate sportsman. Roshan is in full form.

Director Pradeep himself has penned the story, screenplay, and dialogues. The film, whose release date is yet to be made official, is produced by Priyanka Dutt, GK Mohan, and Gemini Kiran, with Madhie ISC serving as the Director of Photography. The music for the film is composed by Mickey J Meyer, while Umesh KR Bansal works as a co-producer. The production houses involved in the film included Swapna Cinema, Zee Studios, and Anandi Art Creations. Editing is handled by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. The production design is overseen by Thota Tharani, with Rutham Samar serving as the script supervisor. The costume design is done by Chandrakant Sonawane, while Prakeerthi U assists as the associate production designer. The concept and storyboard artist for the film was Venu Gopal. The direction team included Sai Krishna, Arun Kothapally, Rahul Raj, Priyanshi, Ashrith Ram, Raghu, Kshitij Mudgdal, and Kamala Manohari.
