Day 52 begins with the continuation of yesterday’s task, which is BB care where the houseguests are divided into children and caretakers. At the beginning of the episode, children play a hide and seek game and have fun. Whenever a child performs well in the task, they get chocolate and whoever has more chocolates will be declared as winners.
Amma Rajasekhar was annoyed with Harika stealing chocolate from his pocket. He tried to chase her but she refused to give away. Later, Abhijeet and Harika had a heated argument over the latter stealing chocolates from Rajasekhar. However, Harika gives back chocolates to Amma Rajasekhar but warns him to steal it again.
Sohel, the caretaker, tried to pamper Ariyana, who is playing a naughty kid in the task. Monal tried to teach the kids alphabets but her students. As Noel Sean is unwell, Abhijeet performs for him in the task and takes care of the children.

Lasya selected Ariyana and Sohel as the best performing Jodi in the BB Day Care task. They got a few gifts and luxury budget items. The day ends with Noel, Lasya and Harika discussing that Amma Rajasekhar always pinpoints personal matters in nominations and arguments.
