Day 58 begins with Abhijeet nominating Amma Rajasekhar because of Noel Sean, which raises a heated argument between them. The argument turns out big when Avinash and Harika jump into the fight. Harika nominates Avinash and Amma Rajasekhar, which causes verbal spat yet again. Lasya nominates Monal and Avinash. Monal nominates Sohel and Lasya. She breaks down and blames Sohel for causing a tiff between her and Akhil.
Amma Rajasekhar nominates Akhil and Abhijeet, there again an argument raises between them. Mehboob nominates Harika and Avinash. Akhil nominates Amma Rajasekhar and Monal, where she breaks down and everyone gets shocked seeing that. This week Avinash, Monal, Abhijeet, Harika and Amma Rajasekhar get into the nomination.
Amma Rajasekhar tries to console Monal for Akhil nominating him, whereas she breaks down and shows that she is extremely hurt. Later, in the night, Akhil and Monal try to talk it out and clear their misunderstandings. In the morning, Abhijeet and Akhil bond, where they discuss Monal and Amma Rajasekhar’s behaviour.

The nominated contestants got to perform a challenge successfully to gain immunity from eviction. As a part of the challenge, they stood on a T-stand without removing their face from the pedestal while the rest of the housemates left no stone unturned to disturb them. The rest of the contestants used eggs, foam, grass, water, ice and other means to poke them. Later, no one manages to stick to the pedestal till the end of the task thereby this week no contestant gains immunity from nomination
