It is a new weekend and it means another housemate will be eliminated from the race. The episode begins with Nagarjuna wrapping up his Wild Dog shooting and being flown back in style to Hyderabad so that he can resume his hosting duties. Some contestants had to use mixer grinders to prepare food which will be tasted by food tasters. The tasters have to judge the food and declare a winner. The boys team is declared the winner by Mehboob and Abhijeet who are the judges. Since the netizens have been crying foul over the voting system ever since Divi’s elimination, Nagarjuna explains clearly how the voting works and assures there is no foul play.
Akhil and Sohel have been summoned to the confession room and Nagarjuna shows them videos on how their friendship works and that they should not drift away from each other. Monal is summoned to the confession room where Nagarjuna talks about how Monal and Abhijeet are trying to patch things up between each other. Ariyana is summoned to the confession room where Nagarjuna tells her to play her own game and not worry about what other people think. Akhil is the first contestant to be saved from elimination.

Noel is invited on to the stage with Nagarjuna for a proper send off and it begins with a send off video. Amma Rajasekhar and Avinash are asked to stand on one leg for two minutes by Noel so they can understand his pain. He asked them to do it because they were joking about his condition. Noel begins firing on Avinash and Amma Rajasekhar telling them how they have been joking about him and what the audience would think after watching the comedy. Avinash tells Noel he is making him look bad while leaving because Noel came there and decided to make them look bad. The argument escalates as Avinash and Amma Rajasekhar completely give into their anger and begin yelling. Noel later announces Lasya is safe from the eliminations
