Bedurulanka 2012 Telugu Movie Review:
Bedurulanka 2012 Movie Story:
Bedurulanka 2012 dives into an uproarious story revolving around a village where people believe that the world is going to end in 2012. The villagers of this island village, Bedurulanka, believe that the prophecy is going to come true and fear the end.
This bewildered situation and uncertainty among people are taken advantage of by Bhushanam (Ajay Ghosh). He, along with Srikanth Iyengar and Auto Ram Prasad, plan to fool the villagers by deceiving them into believing that they will stop the apocalypse, that is coming.
Shiva is a Graphic Designer who has moved from the city to Bedurulanka, witnessing the chaos around him. He pushes the villagers to think rationally and see reality.
On-Screen Performances:
Kartikeya played the role of Shiva Shankar Vara Prasad in Bedurulanka 2012. The actor has once again proved that the movies he delivers narrate different stories that, at the end, entertain the cinegoers. He plays a joyful youth who is educated and thinks practically. In the disarray of affairs happening in the village, Shiva falls in love with Chitra, a naive village belle. She has no idea about anything happening outside the village. Neha Sshetty in this role was a surprise for the audience who witnessed this movie today in theaters. She has pulled off a village role exceptionally well, with uncanny nearness to the girl next door.
Ajay Ghosh, Srikanth Iyengar, and Auto Ram Prasad, as the people who con the villagers, have generated hilarious fun throughout the film until the end.
Off-Screen Highlights:
The filmmaker Clax, has already created so much excitement in the Telugu audience to witness Bedurulanka 2012. And the excitement was all worth it, with the filmmaker showing the world of Bedurulanka in a natural setting. The villagers, characters in the film are so true to life that the witnessing audience will just connect to their dumbness. The fun he created with the script and executed on the screen was impressive.
Mani Sharma’s music is very refreshing in the film, Bedurulanka 2012. The songs are portrayed in a realistic way, shot in natural locations. There are a few quirky beats and sounds in the film that create loads of laughter.
Production values by the Loukya Entertainments banner are quite appreciable.
