Tamil actor Vikram Prabhu will be seen in a prominent role in Anushka Shetty’s Ghaati. As the Kollywood actor turned a year older today, his poster was released by UV Creations.
“Brace yourselves to feel the fire and witness him set the screen ablaze as the explosive #DesiRaju,” the makers said on social media. Later today, a glimpse video dedicated to his character will be out. “It’s been a privilege to witness your transformation into the fierce n fearless #DesiRaju and can’t wait for the world to experience your GHAATI energy, fire and magic,” director Krish Jagarlamudi wrote, addressing Vikram Prabhu. The actor stated that it was an absolute pleasure working with Krish.

APRIL 18, 2025 is when Ghaati will hit the screens. The film is also produced by First Frame Entertainment. Ghaati is a raw tale from the valleys of India.
The pan-Indian film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam. The writing talent behind the project are Sai Madhav Burra (dialogues) and Chintakindi Srinivas Rao (story). N Vidya Sagar and Thota Tharrani are the film’s music director and art director, respectively. Anushka Shetty‘s Ghaati will be one of the biggest Summer surprises in theatres.
