She is a criminal. Actually, a victim who was forced to become a criminal. Actually, a brutalized victim who was elevated to the stature of a legendary criminal. The Glimpse video from the makers of Ghaati hints at a layered tale from the hinterland. Anushka Shetty, who has never looked this brutal on the screen, revels in head-hunting. Maybe, she is fighting for tribal rights. She knows no mercy and that’s what makes her saga epic.
The film, for all we know, is Krish Jagarlamudi’s most violent film as yet. UV Creations and First Frame Entertainment say that Ghaati is a raw tale from the valleys of India.

While the First Look poster had revealed a lot about the beats of Anushka‘s intense character, the latest video goes many steps further. The gore is not exactly graphical but we get the drift. The Baahubali actress’ on-screen rampage, filled with swag, could be sprinkled with mass moments.
The film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam. A part-survival drama with a redemption arc, the multi-lingual release has menace and rebellion at its core.
The writing talent behind the project are Sai Madhav Burra (dialogues) and Chintakindi Srinivas Rao (story). N Vidya Sagar and Thota Tharrani are the film’s music director and art director, respectively.
