Andhra King Taluka is the title of Ram Pothineni’s 22nd movie. The film’s Title Glimpse was put out today by Mythri Movie Makers on the occasion of the actor’s birthday.

The glimpse video is set against the backdrop of a bustling single-screen where hundreds of fans of a superstar (played by Upendra) have gathered to watch his movie FDFS. Known with the sobriquet Andhra King, he commands immense fan following. Set in the early 2000s when cinema tickets for crazy mass movies were not available easily on the opening day, this film makes the best use of Ram Pothineni’s boyish charm and boy-next-door vibe. The video is superb and makes an immediate impression.
Bhagyashri Borse of Mr. Bachchan fame is the heroine. She is joined by other notable artists like Rao Ramesh and Murali Sharma. Comedian Satya, Arjun Reddy actor Rahul Ramakrishna, and Kollywood’s VTV Ganesh are also part of the cast.
Vivek Siva and Mervin Solomon will be setting the songs to tune. Avinash Kolla is the production designer. Sreekar Prasad is taking care of editing. Siddhartha Nuni is the Director of Photography.
