This Unlock 4 has witnessed the Showbiz world getting back to normal as many Tollywood movies and actors have resumed shooting by adhering to all the COVID rules issued by the government. However, some movies are still reluctant to resume shooting with COVID rules and regulations.
Gopichand, Tamannaah Bhatia and Digangana Suryavanshi starrer Seetimaarr in Sampath Nandi directorial is one such movie, which is reluctant to resume the shoot currently. The film was supposed to kick-start shooting in August but it didn’t, which made fans curious and kept asking an update about the film on social media. Director Sampath Nandi clarified that they couldn’t start shooting yet as it is impossible for them to resume with the current COVID-19 guidelines laid down by the government.
Director Sampath Nandi took to Twitter and shared an official note about the resumption of the film. The note read, “Namaste, For all the precious fans of Gopichand garu, fans and followers of Seetimaarr who have been waiting for an update, firstly thanks a ton for your patience and support. As you know, Seetimaarr is a sports film which requires many actors and other trained professionals in the shoot beside a huge crew. So Gopichand garu, the producers and I have been working on a feasible shooting schedule with the safety of our cast and crew being our top priority. We will update you very soon. Can’t wait to get back on the Seetimaarr floor with my team. Take care. Stay safe. Much love (sic.)”

Seetimaarr is touted to be a sports drama, where Gopichand will play the role of a coach from Andhra Pradesh, who will have a face off with Tamannaah’s character Jwala Reddy, the coach of the Telangana all-girls hockey team. Seetimaarr is bankrolled by Srinivasa Chitturi.
