Directed by Subbu Mangadevvi, Bachhala Malli is produced by Razesh Danda and Balaji Gutta. The story is primarily set in the 1990s and early 2000s in Tuni Mandal. Bachhala Malli (Allari Naresh), a laborer at a gunny sack firm, grapples with uncontrollable anger issues. He barely interacts with his loving mother (Rohini), is a compulsive drinker, and frequently picks fights with strangers. His troubled life stems from a traumatic childhood, marked by his father’s (Balagam Jayaram) abandonment of his mother to live with another woman. Malli’s life takes a turn when he falls in love with Kaveri (Amritha Aiyer), the daughter of a police officer with whom he has a tumultuous relationship.
The film also features Rao Ramesh, Hari Teja, Praveen, Ankith Koyya and others. Its music is by Vishal Chandrasekhar.
