“LAST DAY LAST SHOT OF PUSHPA . 5 years JOURNEY of PUSHPA completed. What a journey,” wrote Icon Star Allu Arjun on Tuesday, ending his production-related ‘Pushpa 2’ assignment. The two ‘Pushpa’ movies took five years to be completed.
The sequel went on the floors in November 2022. It has been two years since the powerful sequel commenced its production. With the filming of a special song (Kissik) this month, the shoot of ‘Pushpa 2’ came to an end.

The film will hit the screens on a grand scale on December 5th.
If Allu Arjun dedicated five years of his career to the ‘Pushpa’ duology, that’s entirely because of his faith in director Sukumar’s vision. In a recent speech, Bunny spoke of how Sukumar has honed his filmography. After he made his acting debut with ‘Gangotri’, it was ‘Arya’ that helped him undergo a complete image makeover.
‘Pushpa 2’, produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, stars Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil and others.
