8 Vasantalu has taken Hyderabad by surprise, with its paid premieres witnessing an overwhelming response. Thursday night’s screenings will see a lot of crowds.
Telangana’s largest single-screen theatre, Mythri Theatre (Vimal) at Balanagar was a complete housefull, showcasing the immense public demand. Due to this phenomenal reception, the theatre has promptly added an extra show for 10:45 PM tonight to accommodate the eager audience. A premiere will also be held at AAA Cinemas in Ameerpet.

In the US, premiere shows were held two days before the theatrical release in India. The response has been encouraging. “The best female characterization we have seen in a very long time” is the word from the overseas territory.
Actress Ananthika Sanilkumar plays a writer and a martial arts person in the movie. Directed by Phanindra Narsetti, the coming-of-age romantic drama has music by Hesham Abdul Wahab.
The film co-stars Hanu Reddy, Ravi Theja Duggirala, and Kanna Pasunoori. Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar, the layered drama film has production design by Aravind Mule, and editing by Shashank Mali. Vishwanath Reddy’s cinematography is expected to be a major asset. Action choreography is by Wing Chun Anji.
