3 BHK, starring Siddharth, senior Tamil actor Sarath Kumar and others, is going to grace the big screens on July 4th. Its trailer was released today at an event in Hyderabad.
The film tells the story of a middle-class family that dreams of owning a 3 BHK flat against all odds. Siddharth plays a determined son who doggedly works hard to help his father (played by Sarathkumar) realize the family’s shared dream.

Speaking at the trailer launch event, the Bommarillu and Indian 2 actor described Arun Viswa as a highly promising producer with whom he shares commonalities. “When I read the script of 3 BHK, I felt like hugging my father tight. After watching the movie, I was overwhelmed. Bommarillu featured a father-son relationship drama. After many years, I have done another film with a strong father-son hook. My suggestion is that you take your parents along to watch this movie. Director Sri Ganesh is a great writer,” Siddharth said.
Mythri Movie Distributors’ Sashi said that they will be releasing the movie in the Telugu States. “3 BHK is a blockbuster title. I am sure the content will knock on the doors of everyone who is planning to own a house or has already bought one. The trailer is extraordinary,” he added.
The family drama also features Devayani, comedian Yogi Babu, Meetha Raghunath, and Chaithra.
