Srikanth, the popular actor known for his roles in Telugu cinema, recently shared some unfortunate news about getting injured during the shooting of the movie ‘Devara.’ Directed by Koratala Siva and starring Jr. NTR as the hero, ‘Devara’ is anticipated as a solid action entertainer.
The incident occurred during the latest schedule of the film in Goa, where both songs and crucial scenes were being shot. Srikanth, who plays a key role in the movie, revealed that he sustained the injury while walking on the sand towards the shooting set. Initially, he thought it was a minor injury, but soon his entire knee swelled up.
Despite the injury, Srikanth continued to be a dedicated professional and participated in the shooting, delivering dialogue that required him to stand. He later appeared as a guest on the Bigg Boss show as part of the promotions for another movie, ‘Kota Bommali,’ in which he is featured.
Fans expressed their concern after hearing about Srikanth’s injury, urging him to take the necessary rest for a speedy recovery. While the actor acknowledged the need for rest, his commitment to his work and the upcoming movie ‘Devara‘ remains evident.
