In the realm of Indian cinema, Jawan stands as a colossal triumph, continuing to reign supreme at the box office for nearly three weeks now. The film’s release was met with a wave of admiration, hailing it as a cinematic masterpiece and the numbers are here to validate those claims.
Red Chillies Entertainment, the powerhouse behind Jawan, has proudly unveiled the global collections for the film, an astounding 1004.92 crores and counting. Their announcement, “History in the maKING ft. Jawan!” is an homage to the King of Bollywood himself, Shah Rukh Khan.

This milestone is not just a testament to Jawan‘s popularity but also a historic moment for its director, Atlee, who became the first Kollywood director to achieve 800, 900, and now 1000 crore in film gross. Shah Rukh Khan, fondly known as SRK, adds another feather to his cap, emerging as the sole Indian actor with two 1,000 crore grossers. Remarkably, he is also the only Indian actor to boast two consecutive all-time grossers in the same year, leaving fans eagerly anticipating his upcoming project, Dunki.
Jawan was directed by the talented Tamil director Atlee, who has made his grand Bollywood debut with this project. Jawan also marks the Hindi cinema debut of the Southern Superstar Nayanthara, who shared the screen with Shah Rukh Khan. The music for this film was composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Gauri Khan produced Jawan under Red Chillies Entertainment.
