Kumari Srimathi is an upcoming web series featuring Nitya Menon in the titular role. The web series was announced long ago and the motion poster was unveiled this week. The makers have also released the official teaser for the web series. The glimpse at the teaser gave an idea that the web series is going to be comedy. The web series revolves around a strong and independent woman, Srimathi. Early Monsoon Tales (a webdivision of Vyjayanthi Movies) and Swapna Cinema, in association with Amazon Prime Video are presenting Kumari Srimathi.
Natural Star Nani launched the official trailer of the web series Kumari Srimathi on social media today. The trailer features Nitya Menon as Srimathi who does not want to get married and takes on the responsibility of her family. She wants to open a bar to make money.
Gomtesh Upadhye is the director of Kumari Srimathi. The story for this web series is penned by Uday, Karthik, Jayanth and Srinivas Avasarala. Kumari Srimathi is going to be released in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam. The series also features Nirupam Paritala, Praneeta Patnaik, Thiruveer, Gauthami, Dr. Vijayakrishna Naresh, Mahesh Achanta and Madhavi Latha. The web series is going to be released on September 28, 2023, on Amazon Prime Video.
