Harish Shankar is the writer and director of Ustaad Bhagat Singh, while the film features Sreeleela as the leading lady. Apart from Ustaad Bhagat Singh, Pawan Kalyan has a lineup of films like OG, Hari Hara Veera Mallu and an untitled film with Surender Reddy. Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar are producing the film under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers. The music is composed by Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad.
