The actor was recently honored with the best actor award in the 69th National Awards, which felicitate actors and movies across the nation. Allu Arjun bagged this award and became the first Tollywood actor to get this prestigious award. Several actors and celebrities from the industry have congratulated him on this occasion.
Recently, Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya visited Allu Arjun at his residence to felicitate and congratulate him on his latest achievement in the National Awards. This has been shared on social media, in which the actor is seen interacting with the respectable governor.

Along with Allu Arjun, several other Tollywood celebrities were honored with National awards in different categories. The music director of Puspha:The Rise, Devi Sri Prasad, won the best music (Songs) category. On the other hand, Allu Arjun is now busy shooting his upcoming film, Pushpa: The Rule, which is a sequel to the first part. Sukumar is the writer and director of this film.
