The makers of the film, Sarkaaru Noukari, have unveiled the official teaser of the film on social media. The teaser, if looked at, is set in Kolhapur at the time, 1996. And the lead actor, Akash Goparaju, plays Gopal, a government employee who works to create awareness around contraceptives. This might be a periodic movie, but the teaser overall gave an innovative concept with a comic narrative.
The story, cinematography, and direction of the film, Sarkaaru Noukari, are handled by Ganganamoni Shekar. This movie is produced by K Raghavendra Rao Garu under the RK Teleshow banner. Bhavana Vazhapandal will be sharing the screen with Akash Goparaju in this film. Sandilya Pisapati is composing the music for this film. The movie also features Tanikella Bharani, Surya, Saisrinivas Vadlamani, Mani Chandana, Rajeshwari Mullapudi, Ramya Kolhoori, and Trinath.
