Bholaa Shankar also features Keerthy Suresh and Sushanth in prominent roles. Ramabrahmam Sunkara and Ajay Sunkara bankrolled the film Bholaa Shankar under the AK Entertainments banner. The music is composed by Mahathi Swara Sagar. Bholaa Shankar is the official remake of the Tamil film, Vedalam.
