Along with the direction, Harish Shankar has also penned the story for the film, Ustaad Bhagat Singh. The film features Sreeleela in the female lead role opposite Pawan Kalyan. It is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under the banner Mythri Movie Makers. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director for the film.
