As the release date of Liger is nearing, Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday are busy promoting their film in multiple cities across the country. This sports action film is going to be released on August 25th, 2022, in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
Though the actors are busy with promotions, they have taken their time in seeking blessings back in Hyderabad at the actor’s residence. Vijay Deverakonda took to social media today and wrote, “This whole month touring across India and receiving so much love already felt like God’s blessing! But Mummy feels we need his protection. So Pooja and sacred bands for all of us. Now she will sleep in peace while we continue our tour”.
In the pictures, we can see Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday on the sofa with red shawls, being a part of the pooja while the priests are performing it. Vijay’s mother is tying the sacred bands to Ananya.

Liger is one of the most awaited films and is already receiving a lot of love from the audience. Liger is Vijay’s Bollywood debut and Ananya’s first multilingual film. The film has Mike Tyson playing a prominent role. It is directed by Puri Jagannadh and is produced by Charmee Kaur under Puri Connects and Karan Johar under Dharma Productions.
