Macherla Niyojakavargam is written and directed by MS Rajashekhar Reddy. Sudhakar Reddy and Nikitha Reddy produced the film under the banner of Sreshth Movies. Krithi Shetty is the lead actress. Samuthirakani played the antagonist in the film. Mahati Swara Sagar composed the music. Prasad Murella is the cinematographer and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the editor.
