Be it a small budget movie or a big budget movie, many films are failing to impress the Telugu audience before the release and win their attention by the time of the release. Of course, a few Telugu movies, including RRR, Sarkaru Vaari Paata, Bheemla Nayak, F3: Fun And Frustration and Upcoming Telugu Movie Shoots Are Being Withheld: Active Telugu Film Producers Guild (ATFPG)Major, did great at the box office. However, a film industry can not function solely on a few hits and blockbusters. There must be profits for every movie for the healthy sustainability of TFI, and that’s not happening in recent times. To escape from this downfall and to come back strongly, the Active Telugu Film Producers Guild (ATFPG) decided to withhold the productions in Tollywood for the meantime and come up with a solid solution to put an end to the losses.
The Active Telugu Films Producers Guild (ATFPG) announced yesterday that the production of upcoming Telugu movies will be withheld for a few days until the problem of theatrical revenue gets resolved. The decision was made yesterday and it will be in action from August 1st. In between these production halts, the top producers of the Telugu film industry will gather and discuss the scenario post pandemic. The decision was made by all the producers voluntarily. The guild will also discuss the issues with OTT platforms in these gatherings.

So, as a result of these production postponements, there will be a slight change in the schedules of the upcoming Telugu movies. Mahesh Babu’s SSMB28 with Trivikram Srinivas, Jr. NTR’s NTR30 with Siva Koratala, Prabhas’s Salaar and Project K with Prashanth Neel and Nag Ashwin respectively, Ram Charan’s RC15 with Shankar, Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu with Pawan Kalyan, Chiranjeevi’s MEGA154 with Ravindra Bobby, Balakrishna’s NBK107 with Gopichandh Malineni and many other upcoming Telugu movies will all be withheld.
