The film is an unstoppable sensation at the box office in many languages even after years of its release. Baahubali: The Conclusion is the 2nd highest grossing film in the entire nation with a collection of 1800 crores gross at the box office. The film was the highest grosser in Tollywood until a few months back. Not only in Tollywood, but the film was also the highest grosser in other South Indian languages too. But the records are changed in 2022. The records on the name of Baahubali 2 are now erased by three films in their respective languages. They are RRR in Telugu, Vikram in Tamil and KGF Chapter 2 in Kannada.

Now KGF Chapter 2 is the highest grosser in Kannada Cinema surpassing the gross collections of Baahubali 2. The same gets repeated in Kollywood with the recently released movie Vikram. This Kamal Haasan film broke the Baahubali 2 movie records at the box office and became the highest grosser of Kollywood. It is known from the film sources that Vikram has collected 150 crores gross at the box office exclusively in the state of Tamil Nadu.
