Prabhas is on a spree of signing back to back films in 2020. While he already has 3 films in his pocket, the actor announced another pan Indian film with KGF director Prashanth Neel, titled Salaar. The latest update about the film is that cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda has joined the project.
Cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda, who has worked with Prashanth Neel on all his films, Ugramm, KGF: Chapter 1 and KGF: Chapter 2, will now team up with the director for the fourth time with Prabhas’ Salaar.
Bhuvan is looking forward to repeating history with KGF: Chapter 2, and he is happy to be going a step ahead with Salaar. Speaking to an entertainment portal about Salaar, Bhuvan said the first look photoshoot of Prabhas was done by him. “What began with Ugramm has been an excellent journey with Prashanth Neel, and I have had a memorable experience working with the director in both versions of KGF too. I am now gearing up to begin my next. I am looking forward to working with Prabhas, and I hope to capture the vision of the director in Salaar (sic.)”

The director recently revealed the meaning of the title, which has received many interpretations. He said, “As far as the film is concerned, it means commander-in-chief. You can say that a Salaar is the right hand man to a king. He is the general (sic.)”
Salaar is touted to be an underworld action drama and Prabhas is said to be seen in a never seen actioner. The film is also said to be the biggest release of 2021.
