It is a known fact that Australian and Sunrisers Hyderabad cricketer David Warner has immense love for India. During this quarantine, as the cricketers are confined to homes, David Warner seems to have a special interest in Tollywood movies as he performed the classic dialogue from Mahesh Babu starrer Pokiri. When Australian cricketer David Warner lip-synced to the blockbuster dialogue from Mahesh Babu’s Pokiri, ‘okkasari commit ithey, na mata nene vinanu’ on Instagram and Tik Tok, Tollywood fans were taken aback and soon the video went viral.
Seeing this video go viral, Pokiri director Puri Jagannadh came across and tweeted, “David This is soooo you. Stubborn and aggressive. This dialogue suits you best. You are fantastic as an actor also, Hope you do a cameo in my film. Love you.”

And David, like always was at his quirkiest and wrote, “Trying sir, you may have to see if @SunRisers would put a release in or trade.”

Let’s not forget that, he previously also lip-synced and performed the hook step of the song Butta Bomma. In a recent conversation with Indian cricketer Rohit Sharma, David mentioned that he really likes Tollywood movies and songs but they are really hard to perform.
Looks like the cricketer is making all the efforts in acting to hit the boundary one day. Above that, Puri Jagannadh asking David Warner for a cameo is exciting all the Telugu and cricket fans.
