Rana Daggubati will be seen in the upcoming film Virata Parvam as well as Aranya. The ilm crew of Virata Parvam have made a lucky escape just in the nick of time while filming for a scene in the jungle. Talking about the incident a source revealed that the crew were on ground and had packed everything up for the day and were ready to leave. However, the unsuspecting crew members were charged at by a herd of wild elephants.
Most of the movie Virata Parvam was shot in the forests of Vikarabad, Warangal and Kerala where this scary incident took place. The crew left everything and ran for their lives the minute they saw the herd of twenty wild elephants charging at them. The source said that the crew ran for almost half a kilometer without looking back. Apparently, the place where they were working is frequented by these elephants who visit there after 6 P.M. Sai Pallavi and director Venu Udugula were at the place when this incident took place while Rana Daggubati left the site earlier.

A first look poster for Sai Pallavi in Virata Parvam was released by Rana Daggubati on the occasion of her birthday which is today. The poster shows Pallavi sitting below a cement column and has an intense look. Sai Pallavi will be playing the role of a country singer while Rana Daggubati will be playing the role of a naxal leader. The movie is set against the backdrop of naxalism in Andhra Pradesh during the 90’s.
Directed by Venu Udugula, the film also has Priyamani, Nanditha Das, Naveen Chandra, Zareen Wahab, Eeswari Rao, and Sai Chand in key roles. The film’s shooting was brought to a halt after the central government imposed the lockdown to contain COVID 19.
