Tamannaah Bhatia is on a song. She is busy with projects both in Hindi and in the South. She is awaiting the release of her gothic comedy with Prabhu Deva, Devi 2 (Abhinethri 2 in Telugu.)
Apart from this, she is again teaming up with Prabhu Deva for Khamoshi in Hindi, which is a thriller.
Perhaps, Tamannaah’s great triumph is becoming a part of the big budget projects like the Baahubali series of S.S. Rajamouli and now, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, in which she stars opposite the evergreen Telugu Megastar Chiranjeevi. Having worked already with his son, actor Ram Charan, Tamannnah can’t praise the Megastar enough for his down to earth demeanour on the sets.
She exclaims, “Chiranjeevi Sir is extremely normal, grounded, and simple. He is not at all like a star. It’s unreal. If he doesn’t feel happy, he will do 15-20 takes to get the right expression. He is so senior but he never makes you feel intimidated. He still wants to prove himself as if he’s a newcomer, which is so endearing. It takes a lot to still have the same enthusiasm for work even after so many years. He is more passionate about his work than even our generation of actors (sic.)”
Tamannaah is also in talks for the remake of Taapsee Pannu’s Telugu hit Anando Brahma, a horror comedy.
