Raghava Lawrence, the choreographer turned actor-director, is popular with the Kanchana series right from the first edition in 2011.
Now, the original Muni 2 (Kanchana) is getting a remake in Hindi, Laxmmi Bomb, starring Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani in the lead.
Akshay Kumar’s first look as a transgender has come out and Kiara Advani, while sharing it on her Instagram page, expressed her happiness about working with Akshay Kumar. R. Sarath Kumar donned the same role in the original 2011 Tamil movie.
Laxmmi Bomb is written by Farhad Samji, with the original storyteller Raghava Lawrence providing the story and wielding the megaphone. Laxmmi Bomb is slated for a June 5, 2020 release.
