This is not so great news for Team Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. The set erected at Megastar Chiranjeevi’s farmhouse at Kokapet, near Narsingi Police Station limits, caught fire, according to sources. The huge set, which was meant to shoot some important interior sequences, caught fire and operations are on to subside the engulfing smoke and further damage.
Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is a historical war movie, based on the legend of Telugu freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy from the Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh. The ambitious project has Megastar Chiranjeevi playing the titular role, with Nayantara playing the female lead. Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy has a pivotal role for Bollywood Badshah Amitabh Bachchan, with Vijay Sethupathi, Tamannaah Bhatia, Sudeep and Jagapathi Babu playing a sizeable part of the movie. Ram Charan is producing this movie under his home banner, the Konidela Production Company. The music of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is composed by Amit Trivedi.
Unfortunately, a fire broke out on our #SyeRaa set in Kokapet earlier this morning. Thankfully, everyone in the team is safe and no one is hurt. We are really looking forward for our last schedule to finish.
