Kalyan Ram, the actor who is known for his choice of different and unique scripts, is gearing up for the grand release of his upcoming project, 118. The highlights of the movie were talked about in a tone of appreciation last evening during the pre release event. Nandamuri Balakrishna, the energetic star of the Telugu film industry, and Jr. NTR took to the dais last evening. Amongst a roaring crowd and an eager audience, the pre release event of 118 kicked off in style.
During this event, Nandamuri Balakrishna, who is known for his inspiring speeches and words, spoke a few words about Kalyan Ram. Balakrishna stated, “From the beginning of his career, Kalyan was very keen on telling stories which are different and new. With this thought in his mind, Kalyan Ram launched his own production house, NTR Arts which backs up new age and talented actors.”
He further went on to speak about 118 and said, “The trailer of 118 is very impressive and interesting. It gave me the feeling that it will connect with the younger generation.”
Kalyan Ram’s most recent project was NTR Mahanayakudu, in which he played the role of his father, late Harikrishna. The actor channeled a lot of his efforts to get his look and his character in 118 right. This upcoming action thriller features Shalini Pandey, Nivetha Thomas, Mahesh Achanta and Rajsekhar Aningi in key roles.
K.V. Guhan is the director of 118, while Mahesh S. Koneru is producing it, under the banner of East Coast Productions. Shekhar Chandra is composing the music for this Kalyan Ram starrer.
